Kitchen 66 Membership offers you exclusive access to our state-of-the-art 2,800 square foot kitchen facility, conveniently located at the iconic Mother Road Market. We understand that creativity knows no bounds, which is why our kitchen is open 24/7, allowing you to work on your culinary projects on your schedule. 24 hour access is pending a background check.

Say goodbye to additional overhead costs! As a Kitchen 66 Commercial Kitchen Member, utilities are covered, giving you one less thing to worry about.

Keep your ingredients fresh and organized with our cool, dry, and freezer storage (subject to availability).

KITCHEN MEMBERSHIPS

Recommended for:

  • Launch / Lanzamiento Program students and graduates

  • Start-up companies

  • Food establishments concept testing

This level of membership is the only level of membership for non-licensed entrepreneurs.

  • $75 monthly membership fee. If we are unable to accommodate your request, you will not be charged the monthly fee.

  • Qualify to participate in K66 Takeover Cafe and K66 Landmark Food Truck

Once your membership is confirmed, we will need the following required documentation:

  • Tulsa Health Department Food Handlers Permit

  • Completed W-9

  • ACH

  • Signed 2024 Policy & Procedures

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN

Recommended for:

  • Launch / Lanzamiento Program students and graduates

  • Caterers

  • Consumer packaged goods producers

  • Bakeries

  • Meal prep services

Tulsa Health Department license is mandatory for this level of membership.

  • $100 monthly membership fee

  • Qualify to participate in K66 Takeover Cafe and K66 Landmark Food Truck

  • Month-to-month rentable storage

    • Dry storage $20/shelf

    • Walk-in cooler storage $30/shelf

    • Freezer storage $30/shelf

Rental specialty equipment

  • Catering hot boxes complimentary

  • 40 quart/20 quart mixers complimentary

Once your membership is confirmed, we will need the following required documentation:

  • Tulsa Health Department Certified Food Service Manage

  • Tulsa Health Department Food Handlers Permit for each employee

  • Completed W-9

  • ACH

  • Signed 2024 Policy & Procedures

  • Business Entity Registration (i.e. LLC)

  • Employee Identification Number

  • Oklahoma Sales Tax Permit

  • Oklahoma State Health Department License

  • City of Tulsa Food Service Establishment License

  • Commercial General Liability Insurance

  • Workers Compensation Insurance

Founded in 1997 by Bill Lobeck and Kathy Taylor and supported by Chair of the Board, Elizabeth Frame Ellison, the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation (LTFF) is a second generation investment, dedicated to making Tulsa an innovative, collaborative and thriving city by decreasing barriers associated with Tulsans achieving their goals. To fulfill this mission, LTFF also acts as a grantmaker, innovator and convener. LTFF supports the entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems in Tulsa through its owned-and-operated programs including Kitchen 66, Mother Road Market and Shops at Mother Road Market.
